SUDANETTE
A very fine plain weave cloth made from long staple Sudan cotton, 164 ends and 84 picks per inch, 2/120's warp, 2/120's weft. An American firm produces the cloth and sells under this name for such uses as fine shirts, pyjamas, women's wear, dresses, etc. It is dyed and guaranteed fast to washing and light; also not to shrink.
